It's easy to update your personal FootSmart account information. Once you're on the FootSmart.com home page, click on the My Account link at the top of the page. Log in to "My Account" using your username and password. Once you have access to "My Account," you can update and edit personal information, such as billing address or phone number, as needed. Press the UPDATE button at the bottom of the screen to save your changes.
If you need to change a shipping address for an order that is already in progress, or need to change your e-mail or mailing address, please use our Customer Service Contact Form or call Customer Service at 1-800-707-9928 for immediate attention.
FootSmart takes online security very seriously. Our Web site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to transmit your credit card information from a secure Web page to a secure application on our server.
SSL goes into effect at the very onset of the checkout phase, starting with the LOGIN page. We encrypt the entire transaction - login/password, customer billing/shipping information, shipping method, credit card number, etc. - to give our users total privacy when ordering online. If you see you an unbroken key or locked padlock at the bottom of your browser window, and https:// in the location window at the top of your browser, you know you're visiting a secured page.
Credit card numbers are securely encrypted and stored on our secure database servers until the order has been processed in our main data environment.
A Web page server leaves a "cookie," a very small text file, on your hard drive. Cookies, unique to individual computers, store your unique ID to track returning customers against our database servers. In short, cookies "tell" the FootSmart Web server that you've been to our site at least once before. Please note that FootSmart does not store any customer sensitive information in our cookies to increase your security when visiting our site.
Cookies can remain on a single computer, but are NEVER used to store sensitive customer information such as passwords, addresses, e-mail address, phone numbers, credit card information, etc.

FootSmart is obligated to collect sales tax on products shipped into Arizona, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.
