Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, you can ship to multiple addresses by placing your order through Customer Service at 1-800-707-9928. The shopping cart on does not currently allow shipments to more than one address at a time.
Do you offer gift-wrapping service?
We’re sorry, but we cannot provide gift-wrapping at this time.
Can I purchase a gift card or gift certificate from FootSmart?
FootSmart offers gift certificates in multiple denominations. Gift certificates are delivered via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and are redeemable through Customer Service at 1-800-707-9928.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track the status of your order online.
Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
You may be able to change or cancel your order, based upon when the order was placed and whether or not it has shipped. For more info, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-707-9928.
Can I return or exchange my order if I need to?
Yes, returns & exchanges are easy at FootSmart. We can accept most returns and exchanges for up to 60 days from your date of receipt.
