It feels so good when I get home from work or from the gym. I can even fall asleep wearing it, and it won't get the bed wet! :) Stays cool for a long time, too. A HUGE improvement over ice, frozen peas, or any other cold pack I've tried.

Works for me!

A few years ago my doctor gave me a brace like this (but Left/Right foot specific) and it worked very well. This time (for my other foot) he gave me a different one that I hated. My foot popped out. I'm so glad I found this same brand of my original but for either foot. Within a day or 2, I noticed a difference. It will take a long to really heal my heel pain, but this is definitely helping!
